A Quick (and Slightly Quirky) Tour of My Humble Little Art Studio
Dave’s Creative Space for Art Collectors
Welcome to my humble little art studio — I’m Dave, an artist who believes every corner of a studio tells a story… and sometimes that story is, “Yes, I absolutely needed another coffee before painting that.”
If you’re an art collector or someone who loves to buy original art with personality, welcome — this is where the magic (and the occasional chaos) happens.
Where the Paint Flows (and Drips… Sometimes on the Carpet)
At the heart of my studio stands my easel, usually holding a work‑in‑progress that could be described as “bold” or “possibly haunted, depending on the lighting.” Every original painting I create is unique — ready to charm your wall, impress your guests, and possibly make your mother‑in‑law raise an eyebrow.
My Brush Army
You can never have too many brushes. I’ve got brushes for fine detail, brushes for wild, sweeping strokes, and brushes I forgot I owned until they attacked me from the bottom of a coffee can. These are my partners in crime — and they’re always ready to help me make something worthy of your art collection.
Rock ‘n’ Roll Inspiration
Leaning in the corner is my first electric guitar — my “first girlfriend” — and yes, we’re still together after all these years. She’s slightly jealous of my art supplies, but we make it work. Some days she inspires my painting… other days she just stares at me like, “Play me, you coward.”
Frankie the Studio Security
Every artist needs a muse — mine just happens to be a giant painted Frankenstein named Frankie. He keeps an eye on me. Actually two. He’s not much of a conversationalist, but his presence definitely says, “Make art… or else.”
Inspiration, Heart, and a Little Weirdness
On the wall hangs an original cartoon by the great Tom Richmond, which keeps my humor in check (and sometimes pushes it over the edge).
And in one corner is the Shrine of Max, my sweet dog and eternal good boy, watching over me with unconditional love… and probably judging my snack choices.
The Collectible Corner
From framed MAD Magazine covers to tiki statues that look like they’re ready for a dance‑off, my studio is full of little treasures that fuel my creativity.
For Art Collectors Who Like a Side of Personality
Whether you’re looking to buy original paintings, add something bold to your art collection, that will make people say, “Wow… and also, huh,” this is the place. My studio may be small, but it’s packed with big ideas, bigger colors, and a healthy respect for coffee.
If you want to see more, or find out which pieces are available for adoption (and I do mean adoption — I want them to go to good homes), just reach out.
See you soon ✌❤️🎨
